- Registration and welcome of participants.
- Opening ceremony.

THURSDAY, MAY 30:
Morning: Introductions and introduction
> 9:00 - 9:30: Registration, breakfast and welcome of attendees.
> 9:30 - 11:00: Opening session with brief introductions of each participant.
This is an opportunity for everyone to introduce themselves, share their areas of work, experiences and expectations of the event. Ideally, each presentation should be limited to 10-15 minutes to allow everyone to participate (short presentation 7 ppt slides allowed).
> 11:00 - 11:30: Coffee and networking break
> 11:30 - 14:00: Visit to the Panama Canal, emblem and one of the main tourist attractions of Panama City. Lunch and networking activities at a Spanish restaurant with a Panamanian flair, where we will have an authentic and unique cultural experience.
Afternoon: Free time and exploration
> 15:00 - 17:00: Tour and visit to the City of Knowledge, a space that will offer an inspiring environment, modern infrastructure, networking and business opportunities, organizational presentations and access to nature, all in one place. It is an ideal destination for those seeking to learn, collaborate, innovate and grow professionally. They will detail, among other things, the tax benefits and the process to become a member of this exclusive area.

> 17:00 - 17:30: Coffee break and networking.
> 17:45 - 19:30: Visit and tour of the clandestine brewery. We will have the opportunity to tour their facilities, meet with the brewmaster and taste their beers discovering different styles, flavors and aromas.
> 19:30: Return to the hotel, free evening at leisure.
FRIDAY, MAY 31:
Morning: Business Meetings
> 9:00 - 9:30: Morning coffee.
> 9:30 - 10:30: Working sessions focused on specific topics. Here, participants can break into smaller groups based on areas of common interest or projects they are working on. We will have rooms set up for the sessions.
> 10:30 - 11.00: Coffee break and networking
> 11:00 - 13:00: 15-20 minute executive sessions with large account clients from Panama and neighboring countries, mainly from the Banking and Insurance sectors. In principle, about 4 clients will attend. Manufacturers, service providers and cybersecurity professionals will have the opportunity to meet with them in one to one sessions to discuss business and present their value proposition in a relaxed and personalized way.
> 13:00 - 15:00: Networking lunch. This is a good time for informal presentations and to facilitate interaction between attendees and customers who will also attend.
> 16:00 - 19:00: Guided tours of Panama City's most picturesque sites. We will visit Panama Viejo, take a photo at the statue of Núñez de Balboa, visit the cathedral and get lost in the historic center of Panama, where you can enjoy shopping and have a beer and enjoy a photo of the sunset of the DownTown of Panama City.
> 19:00: Return to the hotel and free evening, where you can stroll around downtown and surroundings.
SATURDAY, JUNE 1:
Social day: Lunch and celebration
> 12:00 - 15:00: We will have a special lunch or barbecue on the terrace of the Tryp Hotel, space and facilities permitting. This could be a relaxed and enjoyable way to close the event, allowing participants to enjoy each other's company in a more informal setting. There will be a swimming pool and jacuzzi, so please bring your swimsuit to enjoy the facilities.
> 15:00 onwards: Continue the party or organize optional light activities for those interested. Depending on interest, we may consider a boat ride on the canal or a visit to a nearby beach for those who decide to extend the social activity on Saturday.
